I only shop when I have to. I start online to zero in on what I want and visit the store to try on the specific items I found online. I never browse in-store.

In fitting rooms, it’s annoying to have to tell them how many items you have. It’s a slap in the face and shows that you don’t trust the customer.

All that really matters is price. So, I sign up for any and every loyalty program, but they all feel the same.

If you spend a certain amount at Home Depot, they will give you six months no interest. If there was something similar to that, it might make me consider actually going with a store credit card, if I shopped there enough.

It takes a loooong time to figure out the rewards program from those signs. And you’re not getting more; you’re just spending more at each price point.

Everything feels like it’s randomly placed everywhere...frustrating. You’d expect them to be organized like a typical department store. What if they organized by price? A $20 section, a $50 section, etc.?

Do the clearance signs mean I’m in the clearance section? I think they have a different definition of clearance here.

Even though store websites say items are available in store, they’re often not and usually the salespeople don't know where they are. You just have to rummage through and see what you can find yourself. If there was a way that you could find it online and then quick shop in store…have it sent over to the store and say, “I am coming in half an hour or an hour,” and somebody is there waiting for you, that would be really cool.

It feels more like it’s just a mishmosh of everything thrown together and no real method behind the madness. It’s just here is everything. Just walk around and see what you find.

Be consistent about prices on the brand signs. Today, some have them and some don’t.

Please organize the store more simply – by category or price – something that has rhyme or reason.

Allow me to send items I like online to the store, so I know they’re available and ready to try on.

Emails shouldn’t be generic % off promotions. They should feature deals on specific items.
