I got best dressed in high school. Today, my friends like to see what I’m wearing when we go out.
I wear things that are simple but a bit edgy. I’ve been taking more fashion risks lately.
I wear things people like. Everyone likes a compliment!
I choose what works best for my body type, so I’ll go conservative if it’s more flattering.
Brands are important. Once I find a brand that fits my body type and is good quality, I’ll keep looking at the new collections they create.
I look to stores like Intermix and Revolve to introduce me to new designers and trends.
I tend to browse online, but I like to try things on, so I’m more likely to buy in person. I’m 5’2,” so I need to see how it fits, and I typically have to get things altered.
I follow bloggers like Something Navy, Sincerely Jules, and Elyse Walker to discover trends and for pairing outfits. I like when they tag brands, so I can follow the ones I like.
You never know what you’re going to find at Nordstrom Rack. You can’t expect anything, but you could randomly hit a gold mine. There’s a sense of competition when you’re shopping there.
I love Nordstrom’s credit card perks. I’m a Level 4 member, so I can get literally anything altered for free from Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack. I also like that I earn gift cards and early access to sales.
I used to go when I lived by the locations in the city. I haven’t been in about two years.
It’s large, like Macy’s. I like that Nordstrom Rack is smaller, and I know the exact section that I like, so I can see if there’s anything I like quickly and get out.
I like that there’s a café in case I want to grab a snack.
It’s fun to see some unique pieces and be exposed to brands I wouldn’t see at other places.
It’s going to take a lot of work to find that gold here at Century 21, but it’s here…somewhere.

The category names are confusing. “Contemporary” has a different meaning here.
Make the racks cleaner and easier to browse or I’m staying away.
The clearance section needs to be organized by style, color, size, etc.
I want to shop in areas with spot lighting, not fluorescent.

When things aren’t organized, it shows me employees don’t care.
The credit card should be a higher % savings.
I love the second-hand purses, but the pricing is not clear.
