C21 staff needs to be more available and helpful. In every part of the store.
We don’t want someone constantly bothering us, but greetings and smiles go a long way.
We want to feel like the employees want to help us find another size, etc. and not like we're annoying them.
When the store is disorganized, it makes us feel like the store is understaffed or the employees don’t care.
